There are certain times of year when being single can make people feel increasingly lonely, Christmas is one of those occasions. As families are making plans for Christmas lunch, many single people may be wondering how they can fill their days and get through the festive season.
If you are single and looking for a partner, you don’t have to be on your own to feel lonely, exchanging presents and sitting around the table for Christmas lunch when everyone else is paired up makes you well aware of your single status.
There’s always plenty of advice, ranging from inviting your single friends over to working with a charity and volunteering your time. What do you do?
